Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are refunded in full (5-10 working days). Within 24 hours of your appointment, it is retained as credit for rebooking. If IYRA reschedules, you are refunded automatically.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Store it in a dry, cool place.
• Avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes.
• Use a soft polishing cloth to clean your pieces regularly.
